Humanitarian Overseas Service Medal

The Humanitarian Overseas Service Medal (HOSM) recognises frontline emergency humanitarian service to civilians overseas in order to sustain their life or dignity. It seeks to honour people who undertake hazardous service in risk and dangerous circumstances as members of recognised Australian organisations.
